Alexander Technique Introductory Workshops

Introductory Workshops on the Alexander Technique are available periodically. These provide information and exploration of the Technique in a small group setting. The workshop also includes a 30 minute private lesson given at a later date.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Private swimming lessons with Sally are 45 mins duration in which the pupil is given one to one attention. This can be working on basic confidence/breathing issues to stroke technique. The lessons are specifically tailored to the students needs and abilities. The total lesson cost is £45.
